Marlowe Theatre Performance Ensemble (14-17yrs)
For ages 14-17. Embrace on-stage magic with this opportunity for passionate performers to shine on stage, build confidence and learn through collaborating with peers and theatre professionals.
Step into the spotlight with our Marlowe Theatre Performance Ensemble. Each summer, auditions will open for the upcoming academic year. This is for young people who are: passionate about performing, eager to make and perform a piece of ensemble theatre supported by industry professionals and are ready to commit to our outlined schedule alongside their other commitments.
Over the course of the academic year our Performance Ensemble will develop skills required to perform in our studio show in the summer. Our performance ensemble will create alongside professional designers, directors and the Marlowe in-house team in a supported, youth-focused production with skills development, fun and personal growth at its heart.
Applications for the Performance Ensemble are now open. To apply please complete this form. The deadline for the applications is Monday 7 July 5pm. Auditions days are Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 July, 5pm-6.30pm and 7pm-8.30pm. You will be invited to one of these workshops if successful in your application.
All Youth Company members have the benefit of discounted tickets to selected shows at the Marlowe Theatre and will have the opportunity to join a supervised theatre trip at least twice in the academic year.
