School bookings

We offer schools and educational institutions generous discounts on selected productions and performances, so that young people can experience the best in live theatre at an accessible price.

Coach parking

If you plan to travel by coach for your visit, the nearest coach park is located only a short walk from the theatre on Kingsmead Road.

A permit for parking can be purchased via our Box Office or at machines in the car park.

FAQ’s

Can I get group discounts on every performance?
Group discounts vary for each performance, so please visit our website or contact our Box Office to find out what offers are available.

By how much are tickets discounted for groups?
Whilst this varies between different shows, our usual discounts for selected performances and price bands are 10% off for groups of 10+ and 15% off for groups of 25+.

What happens when I make a reservation?
Once a group reservation is placed you will receive an email confirming the price of your booking and the date by which payment is required. Unless otherwise stated, group booking reservations need to be paid for two months before the date of the performance.

Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit and bookings can be amended at any time. However, if the numbers of your group are reduced this may alter the price of the tickets, depending on what discounts are available for that show.

Will the prices change?
Once tickets are reserved, the price will remain the same as what was quoted at the time of the original booking. Booking as early as possible will ensure that you secure the best possible price.

How can I pay?
Payment can be made by card, cheque, cash in person at our Box Office or by BACS. Invoices can be raised upon request. Once an invoice is raised, payment must be made within 30 days.

Are there group discounts on comedy and live music?
Stand-up comedy shows and one-night performances do not usually offer group booking discounts. However, please do check our website or talk to a member of our Box Office team for the latest information.
