Are you ready to dive headfirst into the thrilling world of theatre-making? Marlowe Theatre Young Creatives is a gateway to exploring limitless possibilities among like-minded people. Whether it’s devising heart-stopping scenes, designing jaw-dropping sets and costumes, mastering the art of improvisation, learning the ropes of playwriting and directing, or delving into digital, immersive and site-specific performances – your horizons are sure to expand.
Throughout the Autumn 2024 and Spring 2025 terms Young Creatives will develop performance and theatre skills, explore their own interests, and collaborate through mini-projects and skill-building sessions, sharing their achievements with friends and family audiences.
In the Summer 2025 term, this group create their final passion project and are professionally supported to wow audiences at our summer showcase.
Join us for a fun, social weekly group where you can create, build confidence, and make friends. Some interest in performing is necessary, but young creatives get to explore other aspects of theatre-making without extensive additional rehearsal commitments.
All Youth Company members have the benefit of discounted tickets to selected shows at the Marlowe Theatre and will have the opportunity to join a supervised theatre trip at least twice in the academic year.
