Marlowe Theatre Sparks (7-10yrs)

Imagination and play are essential for children’s development and wellbeing. Our Marlowe Theatre Sparks introduces children to the magical world of theatre and associated art forms. By encouraging and celebrating their natural creativity, we build the foundations for a life of personal growth and enjoyment.

Across the Autumn 2024 and Spring 2025 terms, Sparks play games, collaborate and express themselves while being gently guided through skills that may include voice, movement, visual design, and storytelling. Their achievements are shared with family audiences.

In Summer 2025 the group bring together newfound ways of working together and drama skills to create their very own theatrical piece, ready to dazzle at our summer showcase.

All Youth Company members have the benefit of discounted tickets to selected shows at the Marlowe Theatre and will have the opportunity to join a supervised theatre trip at least twice in the academic year.
