Important update about The Greatest Show: Live In Concert

We are wanting to let our customers know about changes that have been made to The Greatest Show: Live In Concert, a production that will be visiting our theatre next month.

These changes have been made by the producers of the show and The Marlowe is wanting to make sure that all of our customers are fully aware of this.

Now named The Greatest Show: Songs From Hollywood, the production will feature West End artists who will be performing songs from a range of popular film musicals, accompanied by a live band, a compère and special stage effects. The cast includes Gemma Atkins (Wicked, Kinky Boots, Evita, Grease), Michelle Pentecost (Wonderland, Evita, Wicked) and Cici Howells (Saturday Night Fever, Thoroughly Modern Millie).

The ensemble will be playing four of  the most popular songs from The Greatest Showman and these will be Come Alive, Never Enough, This Is Me and The Greatest Show.

In addition to these numbers there will also be performances of iconic songs from other legendary Hollywood films including Frozen, Dreamgirls, Dirty Dancing, Moulin Rouge and Mamma Mia.

As part of the show’s development, the producers have also decided to remove the circus element of the show, a change that we also wanted to make sure that our customers were aware of.

Any Marlowe customers who feel that the changes to the show mean that that they would now prefer not to attend, can request a full refund on the cost of their tickets.

To request a refund, please email us at info@marlowetheatre.com with your name, address and contact details and we will arrange this for you.

If you still wish to see the show, then no further action is required and we look forward to seeing you at our theatre.
