Join us for Canterbury Children's Festival this May half term, with an exciting array of performances, workshops and activities at The Marlowe.

Canterbury Children’s Festival begins on Monday 29 May! With a range of children’s shows in the studio and main auditorium, there are also lots of free activities every day including:

Story Time
MON 29 MAY – SAT 3 JUN
11.30am (3-7yrs)
Take a break from the festival and curl up with a book from our wild collection. Join us every day at 11.30am for a guest storyteller.

Craft Corner
MON 29 MAY – SAT 3 JUN
2pm
Get creative in the Foyer every day with colouring and led animal crafts from 2pm

Big Blue Safari
MON 29 MAY – SAT 3 JUN
4pm
Join Big Blue every day for a safari hunt around the theatre! Follow the clues and find all the animals before the time runs out.

Big Blue’s Teddy Bears’ Picnic
TUE 30 MAY
12.30pm
Bring your teddies and sandwiches, and join Big Blue for a giant real life teddy bears’ picnic.

11am, 1.30pm & 4pm (5yrs+)
A tiny tale all about Arnold whose morning walk becomes an adventure, with a soundtrack played through headphones.

Circus Skills Workshop
