When a show is sold out and ticket returns

Whilst a show may appear to be sold out on our website, we sometimes get last minute ticket returns from customers or our visiting companies.

Although we are never certain that these tickets will become available, we do run a ticket returns system for our customers.

Our ticket return waiting list

You can join our ticket return waiting list for a sold out performance two months before the show.

To do this phone our Box Office team on 01227 787787 and they will be happy to add you to our waiting list. Should a ticket become available, we will contact you.

We operate this ticket return waiting list up until two hours before the performance.

Ticket returns from two hours before the performance

Closer to the show starting, you can queue for ticket returns in our theatre foyer.

If you would like to do this, simply talk to our Box Office team in the theatre foyer and they will add you to our ticket returns waiting list.

If a ticket then becomes available, we will let you know. The waiting list operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
