Step into the spotlight with our Marlowe Theatre Performance Ensemble. Each summer, auditions will open for the upcoming academic year. This is for young people who are: passionate about performing, eager to make and perform a piece of ensemble theatre supported by industry professionals, and are ready to commit to our outlined schedule alongside their other commitments.
In the Autumn 2024 and Spring 2025 terms, our Performance Ensemble will join a dedicated cast committed to creating a spectacular show at the Marlowe Theatre. Create alongside professional designers, directors and the Marlowe in-house team in a supported, youth-focused production with skills development, fun and personal growth at its heart.
In the Summer 2025 term, dive into masterclasses focused on honing your performance skills. You’ll unleash your creativity by crafting your own piece to dazzle audiences at a summer showcase.

All Youth Company members have the benefit of discounted tickets to selected shows at the Marlowe Theatre and will have the opportunity to join a supervised theatre trip at least twice in the academic year.
