Kat started her career at Curtis Brown as an intern in the Actors’ Department, having previously worked at Independent Talent Brands. As she gained insight into writers and directors across the industry – and Curtis Brown’s particularly impressive client roster in those areas – she transitioned to the TFTV Department to assist Jess Cooper. Her client list reflects her varied tastes and interests, with work spanning multiple genres and formats. This allows her to collaborate with a wide range of creatives, including writer-performers, playwrights, screenwriters, directors, producers, and broadcasters. Kat is committed to championing a diverse roster of talent, each of whom brings a unique and independent perspective to their craft. In 2024, Kat was named a Broadcast Hot Shot under the Talent Manager selection.
