Join a group of dynamic young people who are helping to shape the Marlowe’s future.

We’re committed to being a theatre where young people feel heard, valued and empowered – and our young people’s panel plays a key role in making this happen.

Youth Voice is a group of young people aged 14–21 whose ideas, insights and imaginations help to ensure that the Marlowe is truly a theatre for everyone. Members come together to discuss what’s important to them, what they want to see from their local theatre and how we can support the next generation of theatre‑makers and audiences. We listen – and then we act.

It’s a win-win. Youth Voice members develop skills in leadership, teamwork and communication, while gaining unique insights into how a professional theatre operates. And the Marlowe benefits from the passion, imagination and unique life experiences of young people as we work to build a theatre that reflects audiences of every generation.
