Please donate to our Christmas Appeal and give a gift that lasts a lifetime
This year’s Christmas Appeal will help more young people build confidence, develop new skills, and discover what they are capable of.
A single creative opportunity can change a young person’s perspective, confidence and aspirations. As Kent’s largest performing arts organisation, we work with schools and education providers across the county to ensure that children and young people can access creative opportunities, regardless of their background.
Through our youth programmes, each year, we help thousands of local children and young people to develop the skills they need to thrive in adult life. It’s not just about launching the next generation of actors, creatives and theatre technicians, it’s about teaching critical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
This Christmas, your support will help us open doors for more young people. Together, we can give them a gift that lasts a lifetime; the confidence to realise their potential.

"His confidence, I put it completely down to this group. He’s always had trouble interacting socially with other people. He’s got ASD, so he’s got difficulty with forming friendships. He’s never had friendship groups at primary school so seeing him come into this group and seeing him interact with other people makes me very happy and very proud.”Marlowe Youth Company parent
“Before I thought it was just acting and being on stage. Afterwards, I felt so brave. We know now that it’s about the acting, but also bravery, kindness, and teamwork.”Associate Schools Programme participant
