Work at the Marlowe Theatre

Would you like to join our award-winning team?

Named Theatre Of The Year in The Stage Awards 2022, there has never been a better time to join our team.

We are one of this country’s most successful large-scale independent theatres, with a 1,200-seat Main House, a 150-seat Studio and the Marlowe Kit, home of our youth company.

We present a year-round programme of national touring productions across a range of art forms including theatre, dance, opera and music.

Our mission is to be the engine house for the performing arts in our region and to shape the spirit of Kent. We do this by supporting artists, engaging with our communities and developing the creative lives of the next generation.

We value our team and our People Plan is there to ensure that everyone who works for us is rewarded and supported.
