A View From The Bridge
T24 are back in our Studio with Arthur Miller’s masterpiece.
“His eyes were like tunnels; my first thought was that he had committed a crime.”
Eddie Carbone is an Italian longeshoreman working the docks in Red Hook, New York; the slum that faces the bay on the seaward side of the Brooklyn Bridge. He has offered to house his wife Beatrice’s Sicilian cousins, as they seek to find work in America as illegal immigrants. But as the young Rodolpho charms Catherine, Eddie’s niece, something awakens inside of him, and fate draws him to a dark and terrible destiny that cannot be escaped.
This is an amateur production.
