Online
You can now book tickets online - please click here.

Box Office
The Box Office is open Monday - Saturday from 10.00am until 9.00pm (Tuesdays 10.30am - 9.00pm) and until 7.00pm on non-performance nights and from two hours before curtain up on a Sunday when there is a performance in the main auditorium.

Postal Booking
To avoid telephone queues we strongly recommend that you book by post. Best available seats at the price you have requested will be allocated to you. Send your ticket requirements, payment and an SAE to the address on the right.

Telephone Bookings
Call the Box Office on 01227 787787 to make your booking. At times of heavy demand, your call will be placed in a queuing system and will be answered as quickly as possible.
If you are a Friend or qualify for any other concessions, please say so immediately and have any relevant membership number or identification ready.

Fax Booking
Fax your ticket requirements on 01227 479662 and we will either reserve your seats or, if you supply your credit card number, we will post your tickets to you.

All ticket reservations can normally be reserved without payment for up to four days, or 30 minutes prior to the performance - whichever is the sooner.

Payment can be made by all major credit and debit cards. Cheques or Postal Orders must be made payable to Canterbury City Council.

Paid for tickets can be either posted (70p charge) or left at the Box Office for collection.

Usual Concessions
Senior Citizens, children of 16 or under, students, benefit claimants and registered disabled.

£5 Student Standbys
Standby tickets at £5 are available from half an hour before most performances for students with valid ID. Maximum two tickets per person, cash or cheque only.
Please Note only one concession applies per ticket.

Ticket Agencies
Tickets are also available from a number of agents throughout East Kent. For no extra fee they will arrange your booking for you. You simply collect your pre-paid tickets at the performance. Contact the Box Office for details.

Exchange and resale of tickets
The Box Office is happy to exchange tickets for another performance of the same show, but cannot refund money. Tickets will be accepted for resale on sold out shows only although this cannot be guaranteed. If tickets are resold you will be issued with a credit note. There is an administration charge of £1.00 per ticket for all exchanges or re-sales.
Marlowe Theatre Gift Vouchers are available from the box office to any value and come in an attractive presentation wallet.

Latecomers
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. This is at the discretion of the management and may mean the interval.
